Bedford at the Lakes HOA

Welcome to the Community

Our beautiful  community, with its unique architecture homes located in St. Lucie West, a  neighborhood in the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida, on the Treasure Coast. Our community was constructed by one of Florida's most reputable builders, DiVosta Homes. Bedford at the Lakes consist of 148 single family homes  with 2 car garages. Access to this community is on Country Club Drive. The lakes behind these homes are owned by the Saint Lucie West Services District (water company). Bedford HOA consist of members elected to a Board of Directors by the 148 homeowner members. Part of the quarterly dues assessments includes an amount agreed to by the Property Owners Association Board of Directors that is paid to the Property Owners' Association for upkeep and maintenance of the common areas (Pool, Tennis Ct etc.)

We are within walking distance of super markets, department stores, banks, restaurants, and more. The New York Mets' spring training facility is located no more than a five-minute drive away. We are surrounded by mature trees, lakes and well-manicured landscaping. 

This community is home to all ages from children to the working professionals to the retired and is a pet friendly environment. 

HOA Dues are Paid Quarterly: Jan, April, July, Oct.

3-Annual Meeting is Jan 22nd at 2pm the SLW Service District

4-Bulk Pick up is Jan 28th. Large items may be left on the front of your home.
